Massillon, Illinois, May 6, 2018 – If you have an Ethernet cable, you may want to check out a cable modem instead.
A new product that will connect to your router, your TV and other devices at home is Massillon Cable.
The cable modem connects to your computer via the ethernet port of your router and lets you access the Internet, download applications, and play games.
The device costs $99 and includes a cable, power and a modem.
“We are working to make it easy for you to have the Internet available at home with Massillon cables,” said Scott Gaskin, Massillions VP of Marketing.
“The cable that you use is not the cable that goes into your home,” Gaskins added.
“If you have a cable that comes in the mail, that goes to your office, that comes from your work place, that’s the cable we’re talking about.”
It’s a little different than a normal modem, it’s a modem that is a little more flexible,” Gissinger said.
Massillon’s product is a “smart cable” that works with a smartphone, tablet or other device, as long as it has a cable running to the computer.
Gissings said Massillon will continue to work with partners to make the cable “the best device on the market.””
We’ve already had great feedback from our customers,” Gizzi said.”
Gissinger added that Massillon is working with the cable industry and cable manufacturers to help address concerns that customers are not being given the information they need to know about their products.””
The cable is the next step in helping make that happen.”
Gissinger added that Massillon is working with the cable industry and cable manufacturers to help address concerns that customers are not being given the information they need to know about their products.
“I think the best compliment I can give is not to say how much your programs have taught me (a ton), but how much Marketplace has motivated me to go out and teach myself.”
